asp.net MVC application site
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
i need a site that user need to do a application and it submit to a database (mssql) and it give them the application id and send a copy to email in pdf.
there need to register before there can do the application and email need to confrim.
for backend all i need i must be able to search for the application using name and telephone. and i must be able to print it. and add offical part of the form.
