Zoom integration

We currently have an ASP.NET Webforms applications that needs to integrate with the Zoom platform. We require the services of a developer to develop a dummy application which we can use to integrate with Zoom. In essence, if enabled, a logged in user will be able to click a special link to join a created meeting. A webforms form should be opened and it should be possible to chat, watch the video and should our application be aware that that specific user participated in the zoom meeting. So it is important to keep track of who participated in the meeting.
