Zoom Webinar In .NET/ANGULAR

When you have time, pls take a look at this and estimate the time you need for a POC demo.
Our client is an e-commerce site. One of use case in their requirements is Webinar feature.
Client will use Zoom api. The whole use case is complex but for POC we need:
1. Moderator create new Webinar => system generates a unique link
2. Attendee visit the link, enter their information, and join Webinar.
3. Ability for moderator to save Webinar as video in Zoom cloud for attendee re-watch it later.
Tech stack: Angular/Visual Studio/VS Code/ASP.NET Core/SQL Server
Client not yet created their Zoom acc. So could create new free one for demo?
If any feature need paid account or so, tell me and I will ask client to buy
this is just a proof of concept demo and when client see that it work, we will work directly with their existing eCommerce web app. The webinar is a blank new feature and not existed before in their site
I will tell them and give you one when ready. But don't wait them, just go ahead when you finish agreement me.
