WebAPI on Production Server

My WebAPI is not working correctly on my production Server (Windows Server 2012R2). I'm looking for help getting it setup properly. The stored procedures work when I run them on "Production" on my laptop, but when I bring it over to the server it gives errors:
NOTE:
*I have changed the password several times,
*C:\\Users\\USER\\source\\repos\\AngularApp\\api\\WebAPI\\WebApplication1\\Controllers\\YSSendController is where I developed the stored procedure.
*I used file system method to publish
