Web Based Monitoring Application for Pump House

We want to Develop a Web Based HMI ( in ASP.net ) to monitor all pump House Events on Web page. It will have multiple tanks, Pipe Line, Valve and Pump to be On / OFF and Display data of each hardware as provided by the RTU (Remote Terminal Unit).
Detail report also required on the Web site. Each Location can be view after login of user.
