Wanted an **EXPERT** in .NET, C#, MySQL to Add New Features to Existing Web App

Before our first release, we need to add features such as :
1. Photo taking via camera for Photo ID
2. QR Code on ID card
3. Printing of multiple ID cards on one A4
4. Improving some UI
Etc.
Later, add more functions like:
5. Integration with online payment systems
6. Creating an online marketplace
etc.
This is an app for worker's unions, people's groups (sangathans), etc. in India that is integrated with SMS abilities (Twillio) to allow collection of fees, donations, and distribution of relief aid, etc.
Later, we want to grow this into a marketplace to allow workers to find jobs in their areas.
