Visitor Management Application
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I developed a "Digital Visitor Management System" (DVMS) prototype website (veslrisk.services), and have the concept accepted by the customer.

DVMS will control visitor access to a location by capturing their demographics, picture, and have them sign and watch a video. The application is divided into 7 screens:
a- Check in - demographics information (name, phone, etc.)
c. Check in - Take a picture of the visitor
b. Check in - watch video
b. Check in - Check in accept terms and conditions
e. Check in - Signature
f. Check out
g. Report
I am looking for a skilled and experienced developer to create a visitor management application that is compatible with both Windows, iOS and Android platforms.
Your skills should include:
a. CSS
b. ASP.NET
c. C#
d. SQL Server
The application should have the following features:
- Organization based access:
a. Each organization will have access to certain locations
b. Each organization will have their own logo displayed
c. Each organization will have their own field labels (For example, a location can be called "Vessel", "Port", or "Building". This can be be configured during registraion.
- Within each organization, Role based security is built for the following roles:
a. CSO
b. Gate Manager
c. Vendor
d. Guest
- Certain roles can access only one OR many locations. This should be defined as part of the user registration.
a. This features requires that Visitor Role is specific to a ship or all ships.
- Work in disconnected mode. The application should continue to work if there is no internet connection, and sync back with the server when the internet connection is restored.
- Visitors checking in are required to watch a video, and are not allowed to skip until video is finished.
- Regular Updates and Maintenance: The developer should be able to provide regular updates and maintenance for the application, ensuring its smooth and efficient operation.
- Lastly, this a future requirement, I need to use OCR to capture an ID or Passport and populate the Chek-in form. This will not be released in this version, but a future version, so I just need an estimate for this feature.
