Urgent - ASP.NET MVC issue

Hello!
I have one API call on my website to import some data and it's take some time.
I just see today, when i run that call, all the website are locked and i cannot see any website on another Chrome TAB.
The server are new so, it's could be something on IIS / config server, or it's could be on the code or web.config too.
Let me know if you could have a solution for me.
Server : Windows 2012 + IIS 10
Site : ASP.NET MVC ( .Net Framework 4.8)
