Urgent ASP.NET Full-Stack Developer

I'm urgently seeking an experienced ASP.NET developer capable of handling front-end, back-end, and database management. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Front-end development: You must be skilled in creating an efficient, effective, and appealing interface for users.
- Back-end development: You should be able to efficiently process data and implement logical solutions.
- Database management: I need someone with a vast knowledge of creating, managing and updating ASP.NET databases.
In addition to these, we have specific functionalities that need to be included in this project:
- User registration and login: Users should be able to create an account, log in and out.
- Data manipulation and storage: The system should allow for efficient data input, manipulation, and storage with accuracy and speed.
