Update Existing ASP.NET WebApp

Hi,
We have a project which we have previously developed and would like to do some updates. The project requirements are
- Review existing SQL connection string and streamline querying and efficiency.
- Speed up loading time
- Update to latest version of ASP
- Update bootstrap
- Various other housekeeping tasks
The webapp and SQL server are hosted on our on premises server and we have full admin access.
