Transform part of a project written in MVC Razor C# to an ASP.NET Web application
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need to transform part of a project written in MVC Razor C# to an ASP.NET Web application written in VB.net involving REST
What I am expecting is a source code in VB.net and a working ASP.NET Web application project, where a form triggers the payment and sends back either a successful payment displaying the data sent back by the payment platform or unsuccessful payment. See (very rough) attached print screen.

What I need is the Webpayplus part of the project:

The money I can spend on this project is around US$100
