Text to speech demo app
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I am looking for a developer to create a text to speech demo app for the web platform. The app should have audio playback features. Here are the project requirements:
Visual studio 2022.
Create new project asp.net mvc with latest .net version 7/8
find a very good/realistic human text to speech api like google text to speech/azure etc
and replicate this form:
https://elevenlabs.io/speech-synthesis
where the user will be able to select the voices that api suport
any configuration that the api support
and language, would be better if this api will suport multilingual
and the text area so the user will input the text
when submitting we need to get the information the user selected and send to the text to speech api to get the audio back, when getting the audio, display it int the page so the user can play and download it

That is a demo POC so no need to be complicated or nice UI the default template from visual studio will do.
no need to change layout, menus, login, registration, subscription nothing, it should be as simple as possible
the main point is to create a link between the app and the external api for text to speech wired
you can use more than one Text to speach api to compare what one sounds more real so I am open to consider other apis or multiples
