Team required to build ASP.net Application for hotels

Building ASP.net Application for 3 hotels I own . The team must have knowledge on building secure and scalable .net aplication with version and documentation. Also it should be well versed with Azure or cloud technology as well to advise the best practices to host the application. Must be aware of sdlc cycle and managing web application in agile way.
