Overview: The project aims at creating a teaching and tutoring web application that enables students to book online and onsite sessions with their preferred teachers, and allows teachers to easily provide and monetize their services
High level architecture: The system is composed of an administration back end that will be written in C# on ASP.Net core and will be accessed by administrators and employees, a mobile app that will be used by students, and a web app that will be used by teachers.
Actors:
Teachers: Will only use Teachers’ web app
Registered and anonymous Students: Will only use the mobile app
Administrators and Employees: Will only use administration web site
Student use cases summary:
Login, Register, Password recovery
Search in application Teachers
Viewing Teachers profiles
Books sessions in Teachers time tables
Manage his payments, wallet and transactions
Attend a session in due date
Classroom provides the following features:
Voice only call
Video call
Screen sharing
Mute the mic
Text chat with attachments (documents, files and images)
Rate Teachers with (1-5) star rates
Text chat with Teachers in any time
Text chat with Administrators or Employees for complaints or support
After login, app will display list of Student appointments
Teacher use cases summary:
Login using mobile number and password
Register, if had not before, by entering the following fields: Name, Mobile number, Password, Photo
Add profile data (personal, experience)
Add available times and dates
When a Lecture time approaches, Teacher can join a video call with the Student
Classroom provides the same features listed above
Text chat with Administrators or Employees for complaints or support
Request money transfer
Manage his transfers, wallet and transactions
After login, system will display list of Teacher appointments
Administrator and Employee use cases summary:
Login using email and password
Edit profile data (name, email, password, mobile number)
Text chat with Students and Teachers about complaints or support
Manage money transfer
Manage system data (universities, subjects, educational years, courses, etc.)
Manage Students’ data
