Systems Admin for VPS to run ASP.NET Core 5.0 runtime & .NET 5 SDK

I have a custom application I'd like to run on a VPS Centos server. My devs are running into issues like using DistributedMemoryCache. The program is installed and connected to the database. I also have developers that can answer any questions. The program runs perfectly on the dev account at Digital Ocean.

I'd also like to have a SA that could be available as needed should any issues come up.
