Student management ASP.net

I am looking for an ASP.net developer to create a student management system for my educational institution. The system should have the following features:
Should have:
Allows instructors to manage their current set of students for the courses that they teach. This would include information such as student details (name, picture, address, phone number, student number, DOB, email, etc…) as well as their attendance record, marks achieved through assessments in the various courses as well as generating a final mark / recommendation for the student.
Needs basic demo by Friday
My budget for this project is less than $150.
