Solve ASP.Net MVC 4.5 Project Build Error

I have copied an already running project to my system on Windows 7 and Visual Studio 2017, I have updated all dependencied from NuGet , but when I run or Rebuild the project, I receive below error -

Could not load type ExploreTech.MvcApplication

This is coming from Global.asax file.

This should be a quick fix, so let me know if anyone can solve this immediately.
