Solution in Asp.net for Posting Data on URL

We are working on API integration.
While passing the parameters with URL, we are doing something wrong. Instead of URL getting appended with Data, the Data is getting read from withinn the File
eg. correct url should be www.myurl.com/confirmpay.aspx1234567890ABCD
Instead of this the html content of confirmpay.aspx are being sent.
