Simple task based app with chat integration

Hi,
I am looking for application like in points below.
Simple app based on tasks.
Application should integrate with chats.

Application is as an example app so layout isn't important on current phase.
If the cooperation will be good we will start with target app and target app description.

Frontend:
- angular 14
- material design

Backend technical req:
- dotnet 7
- authorization with keycloak.org only external providers (github, facebook, google)
- postgresql or mongodb as a database

business req:
- 3 roles (admin, role-a, role-b)
- create task list
- integration with wathsapp/messanger/signal
- inviting a collaborators to the task list (mailing - mailchimp)
- when we creating the task list we can start chat conversation with collaborators
- collaborators can add tasks

Acceptance Criteria:
- admin exist at the start of application
- user can log in by a fb/gh/google account
- user can create a list of tasks
- user can invite collaborators from application by mail or if exist in app by search for role role-a or role-b
- collaborator see only invited list of tasks
- user/collaborator (role-a|role-b) can add task to list
- collaborator (role-a) can invite another collaborator
- user (role-a|role-b) can change status on task
- user (role-a|role-b) can confirm participation in the task or whole list
- installation process is available in the file installation.md
- application is available for online demo
- if chat is started, information about status change should be sent on chat as an application
