Set status of element on screen

I am working on a project in asp net core 6 MVC, I need help on a task.
The project is about table reservations in a restaurant, I need to draw the tables placed in the restaurant premises according to a drawing. these tables has table number and seats, I need to show them in different colors based on their booking status. if free set it to green, if occopied set it to red, etc..
the table screen will be updated every x seconds, the data are already fetched from the database with the lastest table status.
The tables must have a tag on click to redirect to a booking page(only tag is included in the task, the booking page already done)
