Required to pass Connection to existing database table query for already existing add to cart page view in asp.net mvc without entity framework

Requirements:Need to provide db connection for usercart in asp.net core 5 mvc project with repositories without using entity framework for displaying articles in cart page.Already view is ready for cart page with dummy data.You need to display those data from db using repositories and passing them to controllers without enity framework.
