Redo a UI Screen for a ASP.Net Based Application Using an Advanced UI Toolkit

Are you a talented front-end developer willing to help us with creating a number of similarly organized UI screens? Ideally this is about starting a long-term collaboration, but this very project is just about building one of these screens. Six more will follow!

Connect UI to the right classes, layout the data in a designated way and implement back-end processing (moving a part either to the next stage or to the very first stage)
