Programming a website in ASP.net

We would like to have a website that can rank extremely well on google. Therefore, excellent programming performance and techniques are very important. We are looking for programmers with very good experience in creating websites in ASP.net. No PHP.
About the Website:
The Website should be for people, who want to sell their car online. The visitors of our website can online request a provisional price determination for their used cars. Also, they can sell their cars online to us.
When the customers open the website, they should immediately see a screen where they can enter the data of their used car. Which car make, which model, which year of manufacture, the mileage etc.? A database with all cars makes and models and all characteristics is available.
Then the customers will be asked for their contact details and whether they want to be contacted by e-mail or by phone. The data will get transmitted to us, and we will contact the customers and make an appointment to inspect the cars.
The website should appeal to the customer and convince her or him to enter the car data in our mask. The sale or valuation should be achieved with only very few clicks.
The five main pages are: home, evaluate the price of your car, sell your car online, buy a car, frequently asked questions/FAQ
Also, we need to have some subpages. We would like to be able to expand and add to the subpages at any time.
We don´t need a payment gateway.
In addition to the design and user-friendliness, the ranking on google is the most important. All google requirements must be met without compromise. The site should be suitable for all mobile devices.
