If you’re great at connecting with people, know your way around freelancing platforms, and are comfortable with video calls & social network platforms, we’d love to work with you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
•Finding Projects: You’ll be our project scout, finding and bidding on web and mobile software projects that are a good fit for us.
•Building Relationships: You’ll connect with clients mostly over video calls & through social network platforms to get to know what they need, explain how we can help, and make them feel confident about working with us.
•Keeping Things Private: Confidentiality is really important to us, so we’ll need you to keep project details strictly between us and the clients.
•Working with Our Team: We want someone who’s ready to work closely with us and respects our company’s values and policies.
• Prepare Client Reports: Provide regular reports on potential and ongoing projects to keep our team informed.
• Research Market Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends and demands in web and mobile software development to target the right projects.
• Attend Networking Events: Participate in relevant webinars, seminars, and online networking events to connect with new clients.
• Follow-up Communications: Regularly follow up with prospective clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
What We’re Looking For:
•Someone experienced in bidding and winning projects on freelancer platform and social networking platforms.
•Strong communication skills, especially on video calls, so you can make clients feel valued and understood.
•Some familiarity with web and software development (you don’t have to be an expert, but a basic understanding helps).
What You’ll Get:
•Base Pay: $500 to $1,000 a month, depending on the projects you bring in.
•Project Goal: Ideally, we’re looking for at least 3 projects a month.
•Incentives: We’ll also share a bonus based on the profits of the projects you bring in.
