Prebuilt Vendor Management Portal Needed

I am in need of a prebuilt vendor management portal with the following features:

- Vendor registration and onboarding
- Vendor performance tracking
- Vendor communication and collaboration
- Vendor Quote Management
- Payment status

My preference is Asp.Net/.Net core based system but open for other options also.

The timeline for this project is immediate, with a deadline of 1-2 weeks.
