Post to Facebook and Instagram Pages Simultaneously from ASP.NET Webforms website C# on button click

We've a vehicle sales website (wheelerhub.com) and we've also a facebook and instagram pages.
We need need to post the first vehicle image which will come from a FileUpload control and the vehicle information (Make, Model, Price etc) to our facebook and instagram pages at the same time on asp.net button click.
On the facebook and instagram pages, we need when a user clicks on the posted vehicle image and the vehicle information, it should open the vehicle details page in our website for the complete vehicle information.
We've created a facebook APP, we've the app_id and the app_secret and will share during the integration process.
We've attached a single page ASP.NET webforms website which contains the required controls, we need the developer to work on this and should submit the updated website source code files for testing.
