We have a large fillable PDF form that needs to be converted to html. The html MUST have active text boxes, check boxes and radio buttons.
The html file is to be added to a web page created by VS 2019 C# ASP.
All text boxes, check boxes and radio buttons need to be sequentially numbered for integration into the aspx.cs code.
