Running a sample .net core web app in a docker container

I need someone to help me run the 'default' asp.net core web app template generated by Visual Studio to run inside a docker container without the (vs debugging mode), like a production.

in case your dockerfile or .net core project configuration did not work on my own computer, you'll need to help fixing the problem via teamviewer or anydesk.

# What to deliver:
- docker container with .net core app that can run on my own computer without visual studio.

(The docker is already installed in my computer and everything is working fine except for .net core project)
