Need small changes in asp.net web application and wcf service for that application.

Need to implement new column to the existing asp.net web application and its wcf service.
I have already implemented the new column in frontend after downloading.But need to add the below conditions in wcf service and integrate those with frontend asp.net web application.
Condition for implementaion:
For already avaliable columns need to dispaly one more new column(stock_header ) and its values(stock_values) in the column of excel report after downloading excel report on click of product box.
If stock_on=1, then there is a new column introduced with the heading found in stock_header with record values found in stock_values.
