Need content placed within ASP.net file

Hi- I'm looking for a programmer who can simply place written text copy into a page file I can provide, that I'll then upload to the site myself. My software isn't working and just need to create this new page of content. I'll provide the new copy and a template file to use where you'll place the new copy. Need the text font to be same as other on side and one photo inset. I need this today, please. My budget is $15 since it's not a programming job, but a simple task with minimal work applied. I'll also pay $5 bonus.
