Need a button created and other pay $50

Need a buy now button created, need a wish list button created, need to modify current make offer button. Currently the site has a add to cart button and make offer button. It also have short button for wishlist. I need you to modify existing buttons and place in one column. right underneath each other see upload. I also need you to justify some text that is on home page and add a heading to one of the sections on home page and make changes /add to search bar.
