.NET Core 7, Razor Pages, Bootstrap 5, MSSQL Project

I am looking for a developer to work on a web application using .NET Core 7, Razor Pages, Bootstrap 5, and MSSQL. The main purpose of the project is to develop a web application.

Database: MSSQL should be used for the application and the tables should be divided into different schemas according to the application modules.
Admin Panel: Must be created with .NET Core 7 Razor Pages. Bootstrap 5 should be used in interfaces, datagrids should have filterable and sortable features. It should be possible to search the lists without creating a load on the database.
Web API: Must be built with .NET Core 7 and be RESTful.
Web Application: Current React version should be preferred. Context API should be used instead of Redux or MobX for state management. Bootstrap 5 should be used, the structure should be responsive, and it should be displayed smoothly on desktop and mobile browsers.
Open source libraries should be preferred for all components and source codes should work smoothly and be testable.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong knowledge of .NET Core 7 and Razor Pages
- Proficiency in Bootstrap 5 for creating responsive and visually appealing designs
- Experience with MSSQL for database management
- Ability to work with a client who has a general idea of the design but is open to suggestions.
