.NET ASP.net MVC migration to Azure
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
Have a .NET 4.6.1 project to migrate urgently from AppHarbor.com (stopping services) to Azure (preferred but not mandatory). Project should most probably be updated to .NET 4.8 (already in process). Everything should be done before December 4.
DB is already running by another provide and don't need to be moved.
Preferred option is hourly basis with bonus if made correctly in time.
Need to transfert dev (for training) and prod (urgent). Prod need also a domain name and working in HTTPS with certificate.
Language is C#, Project ASP.net MVC website.
