Modify Asp.Net.Core5.0 web application(Files management)

1.Want to develop Web Application In VS 2019 AspNet Core MVC 5.0 and SQL Server 2017 Express .
2.Want Save Files(pdf) etc into Core wwwroot folder with path url save in sql database. 3.view/Read Files and send these saved files through mail from gmail acount with these files as attachments to other mailIDs.
3.Want Save Files(png,jpg) etc into Core wwwroot folder with path url save in sql database. 3.view/Read Files and send these saved files through mail from gmail acount with these files as attachments to other mailIDs.
4. Import Excel files and save to project wwwroot folder or sql server. Functionality to read View Send via Gmail to others.
5.CRUD Operation to Create/Update/Read/Delete Files in wwwroot Folder and pathUrl in database.
5. Application should be Mobile Friendly and responsive.

7. Design Responsive Views and Layout for the application.
