MVC Website Help

I've written an MVC Website with VB.Net. I need some integration help connecting with an API provided by a third party (identity checking service.) The website is in production. Backend is SQL Server and it's running on Azure. I also have to port the site to work with Azure SIgnalR as it works different to my current SignalR implementation which was ASP.NET 4.5 and build to run on a IIS server. I want the API integration quoted first at a fixed price. If you do a good job then I will look at the SignalR job plus I have some more integrations to come. I'm self taught and there are gaps in my knowledge so it's all getting to be too much work for me on my own. It's my own website.
