We are required a resource for hourly basis with following skills
MVC ASP .NET
JQuery + Bootstrap
MS SQL Server
Application Details:
Questionnaire designer
Must be able to create questionnaire (input, choice etc.) including conditions and steps
Form wizard
A comprehensive and responsive form
Including main and sub categories (each category is a partial form)
Form contains predefined layout for categories/partial forms + questionnaire steps
Save data to DB while user move back & forth.
