Looking for long term support in an asp.net project

Im looking for a long term developer to provide support of an existing asp.net project. This project consists in develop new functionalities for a hotel system. I attached the latest code and the .dll file need it to make it run.
put the .dll file into the bin of the project in new pc and then right click on project add references then locate the dll and add that.
