Looking for dot net developer to build an small application

I am looking for a dot net developer for a small application, I have a fixed budget of 1500 rs for the same, I need app by today itself, and its a very minor task..
there will be dashboard where 5-6 services will list, and whenever user will click on any services it should redirect to their respective sites
