We are going to build docugin.com like web application.
We are going to add follows
-document manage
1. Upload document
a. User can upload it and only that user will have access to it
b. User will be able to share the document with other User
c. Other user will be able to delete the share document not the original document
d. Owner will be able to delete the document
e. Ownere will be able to change the name of the document
f. Download the file
2. Multi- Ligual
a. Multi-lingual
b. Every user will be able to change the language -- user based
-Electronic Sign (Main function)
-payment/package module
1. Paypal integration
2. Stripe Integration
3. Subscription Module

for example, in bullet "b" should be detailed that user can asign in the document the places where has to be a sign and othe where has to be the Initials, also can asign a flag that it is required or optional
in bullet "b" also the user can share the document with one or several users for document to be signed, and the system will ask the user to create the fields to be signed for each user in the document and when the flow of the sign process starts the systm will fire the emaikls to each user based on the order that the documnt owner established, so , when the document is signed by the user 1, the the system will automaticlly sedn the email to the second user, and so on until the docuemtn is signed by the final user, and wehn the docuemtn is finally signed by all users, the system will send the final document signed to all the users that signed it
when each user start signing, thay has to login or create an account in the system, and all the documents they had signed will be in their dashboard to download it or view it for a 6 month period
when the user is new and invited to sign a document, the system will create to it a free account that allows to sign documents from users that create document to be signed, and in the dasboard of this guest users, should be the option to upgrade their accounts buying a plan to create their own signed documents
the free plan will be asigned to all the new users
all the plans should be customizables form the Admin Portal
the free plan should come with 2 free documents to sign and this documents only allow to be restricted signed by 2 users, only the paid plans will allow to sign 2 or more users
in the bullet "a", the uster should have tutorial of how to upload documents to the system and if they do not has an pdf doc, can yo add the option to vonert a word document to PDF?
subscriptions will be like users will buy packages of 5, 10, 50, 100 (for example) the numbers represent number of above description
when user don't have pdf, there should be option to convert to pdf user upload it and then specify the location to sign.
to avoid autobot bid add sum of number : 5+13 = ?
