Looking asp.net developer for upgrade paypal payment

I'm looking for an experienced ASP.NET developer to upgrade my PayPal payment process. I already have existing code that the developer should build on. Needless to say, the developer must have a good understanding of PayPal's API and related processes. The developer should also have experience integrating existing payment processes.
