There are 4 levels :

Key features:
1)User Management (4 roles)(Dashboard for 4 roles )
2)Loan raised at level 4 would sent to level 3 then after approval at level 3 it would be sent to level 2 and then after approval from level 2 it would e sent to level1 (highest office)
3)DB-tables and queries would be provided
Expected budget: INR 10,000(negotiable)
If the work quality and delivery time is good then more features would be asked to implement with more money.
