Integrate paypal/stripe withdrawal methods for individual users in dotnet 5 web api backend

The web apiis built in dotnet 5, stripe charges api is already added but i need functionality for users to withdraw their money to their paypal or bank accounts when they reach a specific limit.
You are subjected to add that functionality.
