Informative Website With Clickable Contacts

I need a small, fast-loading website whose sole purpose is to inform visitors about my business. The build should be clean, fully responsive and coded in straightforward HTML / CSS, with either ASP.NET or PHP behind it—use whichever stack you handle best as long as maintenance stays simple.

The spotlight of the site is the contact area: a clearly visible section that lets users tap a phone number or email address and launch their default calling or mail app instantly. No additional forms or maps are necessary.
