Implement Toastr.js in ASP.NET Web Forms project

Looking for someone to assist me to complete implementing the Toastr.js notification tool in my existing ASP.NET 4.5, web forms project.
Please note this is NOT MVC project, but Web Forms project. I have master pages in the project.
