Implement Payment provider in my asp.net core project.

I need to properly implement a payment gateway on my website. Currently, I have Stripe but it's not working properly. I am in the U.S so any payment provider that works in the U.S should be fine .

Here are some details:

There will be 3 payment options.
All of the payments will be subscriptions.
The user should be able to cancel subscriptions
The user should be able to renew subscriptions.
The user should be able to change subscriptions.
