i am looking for a developer who can do customization in one of the tool in handy control

here i need multiple lines
each lines can be of multiple colors
right click option to enable disable select mode. on the timebar, so that we can select any value from bar
need to stretch upto 1 minutes of this timebar. (means 1 Hour interval change to 1 minute interval)
