Full stack experienced React, openAI and ASP.NET developer

The idea is to build an OpenAI powered conversational web app where users can ask questions and answers would be output by OpenAI.
The API server has been built with ASP.NET so you must have an experience in C#, and ASP.NET.
The frontend framework is React.

Front-end design is key for engagement. Some of the things these project requirements are the following.

- Build frontend pages
- Implement social login
- Build API to integrate with frontend and OpenAI API
- Store Q/A in the database
- Implement throttling
