Front end engineer specializing in ASP .NET Core Razor and MVC

I'm looking for an engineer who specializes in front end using ASP .NET Core tech, specifically Razor and MVC.
For this project, I will be providing APIs to consume/input data and you will be building the front end client. The client will be web-based, but it should be responsive and all tables and menus should display appropiatly in any device size. The website will have a lot of tables and data visualizations, as such they need to be responsive and easily shitft from wide to small screens.
