Frog Subscription System (FSS)

I am looking for a developer to create the “Frog Subscription System” (FSS) that will track customer subscriptions on a web-based platform. The purpose of FSS is to replace the use of a physical software protection key. The programs that FSS protects are a number of windows desktop applications that calls the FSS and asks for permission to execute.
