Flex Schedule I/O Board

Hello, I have designed an In/Out board and time off scheduler for businesses that was written in MS Access and VBA and split into a front end back end. I am interested in converting it to a windows form based application and using SQL or MySQL as the back end. I know that it will be an almost complete rewrite but I have all of the components already designed and the app is currently in production. Are there any .NET programmers on here that would want to help convert, design this with me? I only know Access and a little VBA (enough to get me by) I think there is a big market for what I have created. Especially for small businesses. Due to the nature of what I have done, I am not going to upload any screenshots because I want to keep this close to the chest for now. My app does so many things, I don't want my ideas to be stolen. ;)
